Ms. Nicole Mena is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned both her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and her Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Tarleton State University.
During her graduate studies, Nicole gained extensive experience working with children and adolescents of various ages and neurodiverse backgrounds. Her work with adults spans teaching essential life skill sets to addressing complex mental health concerns. Nicole works from a client-centered and child-centered framework, striving to build a secure, empathetic, and trusting therapeutic relationship that empowers clients on their journey toward self-efficacy, self-respect, and self-advocacy.
