Ms. Victoria Sam-Kpakra is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Development from Howard University in Washington, DC, and her Master’s degree in Counseling from Southern Methodist University in Texas.
Victoria has provided therapy and clinical care across diverse settings, including community-based care, managed care, and behavioral health hospitals. Prior to her counseling career, she also provided Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), working exclusively with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families. Her holistic approach examines both the individual and the systems to which they belong, encouraging clients to leverage their strengths and creativity to thrive and become happier, healthier versions of themselves.
