Dr. Leza (Reza) Kazemi-Mohammadi is the Clinic Director and a Licensed Professional Counselor–Supervisor. He earned his Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Southern Methodist University (SMU) and his Ph.D. in Family Studies from Texas Woman’s University (TWU). Dr. Kazemi-Mohammadi works with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. His clinical style is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized, with a strong focus on helping clients navigate life’s challenges and develop meaningful, sustainable change. He integrates evidence-based therapeutic approaches including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Child-Centered Therapy approaches, and Solution-Focused Counseling. When working with children, adolescents, and adults, Leza emphasizes empowerment, emotional awareness, and confidence-building. He is dedicated to helping clients of all ages identify their strengths, develop healthy coping strategies, and advocate for their personal values, beliefs, and rights. He also has advanced training in sex therapy and provides affirming, inclusive care for members of the LGBTQ+ community. His work is grounded in cultural humility, respect, and the creation of a safe, supportive therapeutic environment. Dr. Kazemi-Mohammadi has been recognized by client votes and readers of DFW Child Magazine as a “Mom Approved” therapist.
Dr. Tannaz Moein is a Doctor of Psychology. Tannaz received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from University of Texas at Dallas, her Master’s of Science degree in Counseling from Southern Methodist University, and her Doctor of Psychology degree from California Southern University. She works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and the elderly population. Tannaz has gained advanced training in substance dependency and adolescence counseling. As an Adlerian counselor, Tannaz believes people are holistic, phenomenological, creative, teleological, and social. In counseling, she pays close attention to the importance of the complete system of individuals. She believes in experiences, consciousness, and that people are creative and can shape their own personality and have the freedom to affect their destiny. Her approach to counseling is to help clients believe in themselves and develop the capacity for growth through better understanding of their perceptions and beliefs.
Dr. Yee Yee Thein is a Board Certified Adult Psychiatrist. Dr. Thein has focused on many different areas of psychiatry and is well versed with working with adolescents 17 years of age and older. Dr. Thein completed her residency training at The University of Texas (UT) Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. She is a Board Certified Adult Psychiatrist and Assistant Professor at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas where she supervises residents and medical students. Her past clinical and practice experiences include inpatient and emergency psychiatry, diagnosis and management of Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Eating Disorder, and Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD).
Dr. Maximus Anitube is a double board certified psychiatrist with specialized training in both child and adolescent psychiatry and adult psychiatry. He brings a comprehensive and thoughtful approach to mental health care, working across all age groups in a variety of clinical settings. Dr. Anitube is committed to providing individualized, compassionate care and actively collaborates with families and other professionals to support his patients’ overall well-being. He is a member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and the American Psychiatric Association.
Mrs. Zahra Payravian is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Her graduate degree in Mental health Counseling, and her undergrad in Nursing gives her a niche in combining Mental and physical health. Zahra works with adolescences, adult individuals, and families. Zahra has advanced training in anxiety, depression, and woman’s issues. Her main approach in counseling is to get to the root cause of the problem while she is walking with you along the path of therapeutic journey. It’s tough when you see yourself in the dark and dead end of your life; but you be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel, if you walk it with a caring professional. Her profession is her passion, and she enjoys working with her clients genuinely. She helps her clients, not only to heal their pains, but also to coach them how to navigate their life.
Mr. Nathan Kortu is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor. Nathan graduated with a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Amberton University in Garland, Texas, and a Bachelor’s degree in Christian/Pastoral Counseling from Criswell College in Dallas, Texas. Nathan has over twenty-five years of experience in Christian Counseling, and he is a multicultural therapist. Nathan treatment approach includes cognitive behavior, rational emotive, solution-focus, behavior modification and evidence-based theories to help clients achieve meaningful goals to live a productive life that they are seeking counseling for. Nathan works with adolescents, adults, couples, families and the elderly population. His treatment focus includes relationship issues, addictions, family conflicts, personality disorders, depression, anxiety, parenting, religion, grief and trauma.
Dr. Marita Jahangiri is a Doctor of Chiropractic. Marita received her Doctorate degree along with a Bachelor of Science and Health Wellness from Parker University. Dr. Marita uses her unique talents to help all ages and delivers a drug-free, non-surgical treatment for a full scope of musculoskeletal and neurological issues. Her passion is helping people get out of pain and be in their best shape. Dr. Marita uses a whole-person and holistic approach while treating patients. In addition to adjustments, PEMF therapy, known as Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy, will be available to heal the body and mind further. Which can help patients accelerate and or maintain their journey to the best health and lifestyle.
Dr. Sandra Fierro is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor in the state of Texas. She graduated with her Doctors Degree in Counseling Education Supervision from Argosy University Sarasota, Florida. She also obtained her Master of Science in General Mental Health Counseling from Capella University Indianapolis, Minnesota. She also received her Bachelor of Science in psychology from Ashford University, Clinton, Iowa. Dr. Sandra has vast experience working in medical setting working with individual with different array of issues. Her specialty is all ages and all stages of life. Her experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Issues include depression, anxiety, life stressors, life changes, LGBTQ, traumas, ADHD, and other innumerable array of issues. Dr. Fierro believes life is about taking chances and today is about giving yourself and life a chance to make the change. Dr. Sandra utilizes different therapeutic techniques to best adapt to your issues at hand. She uses but not limited to CBT, TFCBT, Gestalt, Solution focused, Motivational Interviewing, REBT, Play, Person Centered, and others. Dr. Sandra believes no issue is too small or too big and believes in the “Power of You.” She will be here to help at every step.
Ms. Nicole Mena is a licensed professional counselor. Her range of interests include working with children, adolescents, and adults. Nicole is a graduate of Tarleton State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology as well as her Master of Science Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. During her graduate studies, Nicole spent considerable time working with children and adolescents of various ages and neurodiverse backgrounds. Her experience with adults ranges from teaching them various skill sets to addressing mental health concerns. Nicole works from a client-centered and child-centered approach in that she strives to provide a therapeutic relationship based on security, empathy, unconditional positive regard, and trust. She believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is the basis that empowers clients in their journey to learn self-efficacy, self-respect, and self-advocacy. Ms. Alden Graves is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate under the supervision of Dr. Leza (Reza) Kazemi-Mohammadi, Ph.D., LPC-S. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas. During her graduate studies, Ms. Graves provided therapeutic support to high school students from diverse and underserved backgrounds, addressing challenges such as academic stress, family conflict, LGBTQ+ concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma, and identity development. She works with children, adolescents, and adults, tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each age group. Ms. Graves embraces a holistic, client-centered approach, believing in each individual’s capacity for growth, resilience, and change. She creates a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment to help clients gain insight, build on their strengths, and work toward meaningful personal growth.
Ms. Delisha Johnson is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A), under the supervision of Dr. Leza (Reza) Kazemi-Mohammadi, Ph.D., LPC-S. Ms. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, with a minor in Political Science, from Northern Illinois University in Dekalb, Illinois. She earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas. Throughout her graduate studies, Ms. Johnson gained experience working with individuals who have experienced domestic violence, sexual assault, anxiety, trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, and depression. She is passionate about the belief that everyone has a unique story and deserves personalized care. Ms. Johnson is trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and other therapeutic approaches. Ms. Johnson is dedicated to creating a peaceful, safe, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore and address their mental health concerns. Mrs. Wendy Perry is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience in providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. She is an honors graduate of Texas Tech University and holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Texas State University. Mrs. Perry has also served as an adjunct professor of communications at Collin College and the Alamo College District. Her clinical expertise encompasses a broad range of mental health concerns, including autism, complex PTSD, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and oppositional disorders in children. She has a strong background in working with pre-teens, adolescents, and their families, and is particularly skilled in addressing complex emotional and behavioral challenges. Mrs. Perry integrates evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETC) to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs. Ms. Natalie Dinkel is a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience in the mental health field. Throughout her graduate training, Sophia gained experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults from diverse backgrounds facing a wide range of mental health and life challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, and chronic illness. Ms. Sophia takes a holistic, client-centered approach to counseling and integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, play therapy techniques, and other evidence-based interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. Cameron Allore is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate under the supervision of Leza (Reza) Kazemi-Mohammadi. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University. During his clinical training and internship experience, Cameron worked with clients across the lifespan, supporting children, adolescents, and adults through a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges. In addition, he brings three years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), helping individuals develop practical skills and improve daily functioning. Cameron works with clients experiencing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental concerns, including but not limited to ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety, stress, behavioral concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, and life transitions. He is committed to creating a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel heard and empowered. Sam earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas, and his Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sul Ross State University in Alpine, Texas. During his graduate studies, Mr. Beasley gained experience working with a diverse population in a small rural community, helping individuals navigate a range of challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma, LGBTQ+ concerns, as well as grief, loss, and bereavement. He provides counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly, tailoring treatment to meet the unique developmental and emotional needs of each individual.
